SoL 13.37

The very first version of SoL, SoL 13.37 was released on the 1st of March, 2002. It was revolutionary in that it broke with then common paradigms, e.g. introducing a new XML boot-technology as well as the "/server" directory where server applications would live in their own, seperate directories. Some of these concepts were later adopted by other distributions.
